The Other Co. was founded in 2020 by TJ Snyder, a communications leader who built his career helping brands big and small across industries to drive results and growth.

TJ has 25+ years of experience in strategic communications working with companies at all stages of growth and across industries to help clients define their story, establish a go-to-market strategy and reach business goals. There is almost nothing he hasn’t seen.
Prior to founding The Other Co., TJ was a partner at OutCast where he served on the management team, led the New York office, as well as business development for the agency.
While at OutCast, he partnered with a diverse range of companies transforming industry: from tech giants such as Amazon, Dolby, Facebook, GE, and Salesforce; to category disruptors like Rent the Runway and Spotify; to consumer lifestyle brands West Elm, Williams-Sonoma, Starwood/Marriott, and J. Crew. Prior to OutCast, he spent nearly seven years at Edelman’s Zeno Group, leading the tech practice.
